Your first appointment with us will take a little longer than usual as we get to know more about you. We ask you about your overall general and oral health, noting down your relevant health information. This is followed by a thorough examination of your mouth, which includes taking x-rays for a more detailed look.
We take time to discuss your oral health, giving you the chance to tell us any concerns you have with, if you have any problem areas, or if you have any preferences regarding your dental treatment.
At the end of your appointment, we provide you with a tailored treatment plan, detailing the dental care you need and letting you know the expected costs. We are also happy to discuss our payment options with you, including the benefits of our Denplan scheme, which can save you money on your routine appointments. Our payment plans include spreading the cost of treatment over 12 months interest-free, please speak with our team for further details.
- We welcome all patients and provide accessible dentistry in our downstairs surgery. If you have a disability you think we need to know about, please give us a call before your appointment. We will do our best to put suitable arrangements in place to accommodate your needs.
- Car parking for patients is available behind our practice, accessible via Brighton Avenue. Plenty of street parking is also available nearby.
- Please bring any forms you have already filled in to your first appointment. If you booked your appointment over the phone, please arrive a few minutes early so you can complete the forms just before you see the dentist.
- Make a note of any medication you are taking and please bring this information to your appointment, as we will need to know about this.
- Patients can book directly with the hygienist for a professional clean appointment.
